Game is our pride and joy: wild boar, deer, roe deer, hare and pheasant. During the autumn and winter months, we organise themed evenings dedicated to the most sought-after seasonal products.
Fresh homemade pasta is the undisputed star of our cuisine: tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, pappardelle, baked pasta, lasagne, rosette and cannelloni. Traditional soups made with spelt, barley, pasta and beans are also available, as well as the ever-present potato and rice pie, which is always on the menu.
Porcini mushrooms and white and black truffles from Val Dragone enrich our dishes during the harvesting season, while on request we prepare the most popular local specialities: gnocco fritto, crescentine and ciacci.
Thanks to our vegetable garden and chestnut grove, we are able to include fresh, seasonal ingredients in our menu.
